Planning for the 2017/2018 School Year

This is the time of year that we begin the planning process for the upcoming school year and determine how many classes we will have in each grade. If you are planning on moving out of our area before September 2017, please let the office know (in writing) as soon as possible. Please include the last day of attendance and the school your child (ren) will be attending.

Also, if you know of anyone moving into the Charlton area please also let the office know.

Our Kindergarten registrations continue.  If you know of anyone in the neighbourhood whose child is eligible for JK, please remind them to come into the school as soon as possible to register.

No Nut products or simulated nut products permitted at school

Please ensure that your child’s lunch is free of nut products.  We have many students at our school who have life threatening allergies to nuts.  Products such as Nutella or products that are not made with peanuts but smell like peanuts are also not permitted as it is misleading and can cause worry to those students who do have a peanut allergy.
Junior Kindergarten
Registration
Continues

If you have not registered your child for JK for the 2017/2018 School year, please come to the office to do so. Also, if you have neighbours with children who are Kindergarten age (children who turn four or five years old during 2016) please remind them to come to our school office to register their child.

Any questions please call our school office at 905-738-5497.
